The Founders Teacher Initiative (FTI) supports classical liberal arts and sciences education, and we seek individuals with the knowledge, abilities and dispositions to provide quality instruction while developing thoughtful, responsible, and virtuous citizens.
Our goal is to find, train, and place these individuals who support this mission in classrooms. We are currently focused on Texas and Arkansas and plan to expand our reach as new regional partners join our Initiative.
