Loammi Caros
Director
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Loammi dedicated fifteen years of service teaching and directing a high school marketing program in Florida. At Responsive Ed, she created and led an industry-focused high school (iSchool High) for two years. Realizing the need for highly qualified teachers and training, she is now the Director for the Founders Teacher Initiative, where she strives to find individuals who can promote knowledge, virtue and liberty in America’s classrooms.
Mike Terry
Executive Director
Mike is a 17-year education veteran, who began his education career as a Texas-certified English/Journalism teacher and educational technology specialist. He served as a teacher and administrator for 13 years in private schools before transitioning to the public school sector with Teach for America, Uplift Education, and ResponsiveEd. In addition to helping launch the Founders Teacher Initiative, he serves as ResponsiveEd’s Superintendent for Founders Classical Academies.
