1. Apply On-Line: (1 hour)
The on-line application will include personal information, academic history, leadership experience, past work experience and short answer responses. Upload resume and cover letter.
2. In-Person or Virtual Interview: (45 minutes)
During this interview the candidate will be asked questions about his/her personal information, academic history, leadership experience, past job experience and the short answer questions that were provided.
3. 2nd Interview: (45 minutes)
During this interview the candidate will be asked questions about his/her personal information, academic history, leadership experience, past job experience and the short answer questions that were provided.
4. Virtual Lesson: (10 minutes-Lesson)
The candidates will teach a virtual lesson to a selected committee. (Lesson Guidelines will be provided)
5. Placement Interview: (45 minutes)
The Placement Interview will be conducted by the campus leader of the school you may be placed at.
6. Cohort Membership Offer with Designated Campus:
Membership offer and designated campus information will be extended to the selected candidates. Each cohort candidate will be contacted by email and or snail mail with an official formal letter outlining the details of the membership offer.
7. Position Acceptance/Decline:
The candidate will either confirm or decline the membership offer.
8. Book Study and On-Line Lectures:
Cohort members will begin the book study and on-line lectures.
9. Summer Institute 1st day:
Candidates will report to the designated training site on the 1st day of the ATI Summer Institute.
